Refund policy
For orders that arrive in a condition you’re not happy with, such as damaged or faulty, we will collect your item and deliver a replacement as quickly as possible. We cover all orders regardless of the size with this policy. Please report damages as soon as possible after delivery.
30 Day No Quibble Returns
If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery you can return the product to us, and we will issue a full refund. The product should be in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it.
- Use the original packaging
- Use the same outer shipping box if possible, or a high-quality replacement
- Make sure the product is clean
- Please add protective packing materials
- Include your name, address, phone number and order reference in or on the box.

How to send it
We recommend using your local post office (parcel force) or booking a collection from couriers such as UPS. If you would like assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.
- Your refund will be with you within 2-6 working days of us receiving the package
- You have 30 days from the day you received the package to change your mind and return.
- If you change your mind due to wanting another product, we will request you place a new order for the item you would like.
